NOVELTY - Coating comprises polytetrafluoroethylene, polyamide-imide and filler. USE - The coating is useful for brake caliper and brake block guide rail elastic sheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has low surface tension, oil stain resistance, corrosion resistance, wide use temperature range, outstanding non-stickiness, good heat stability, aging resistance, excellent anti-radiation performance, and good wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the coating, comprising: adding raw materials into reactor, cutting, uniformly stirring and dispersing, and filtering by filter cloth to obtain Teflon (RTM: PTFE) coating.
