▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high-temperature-resistant low-voltage-variable ethylene-propylene-diene rubber comprises 100 parts mass ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, 20-30 parts mass chloroprene rubber, 30-50 parts mass graphene, 5-10 parts mass zinc oxide, 0.6-3 parts mass zinc stearate, 0.2-0.8 part mass barium sulfate, 50-80 parts mass reinforcing filler, 10-15 parts mass benzoyl peroxide, 1-3 parts mass vulcanizing agent, and 0.5-1 part mass composite additive. USE - High-temperature-resistant low-voltage-variable ethylene-propylene-diene rubber. ADVANTAGE - The rubber has excellent high-temperature resistance and mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the rubber, which involves mixing the ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, chloroprene rubber, and zinc stearate, adding barium sulfate 3-4 times, reinforcing filler, graphene, zinc oxide, and composite additive comprising 2-mercaptobenzimidazole, dioctyl adipate, and carnauba wax, heating for 10-30 minutes at 60-90 degrees C, vacuumizing for 20-40 minutes, adding the rubber material to an open rubber mixer, thinning 2-4 times, filtering, milling, heating, adding benzoyl peroxide, and crosslinking adjuvant, thinning 10-15 times, rolling the sheet, and vulcanizing using microwave at 120-150 degrees C and 1000-1500 MHz for 10-20 minutes.
