NOVELTY - Mechanical stripping method of graphite for production of graphene, involves using graphite rods as raw material for mechanical stripping production of graphene, and carrying out mechanical stripping by scraping the surface of graphite rods under vacuum environment using ultra-fine fiber beam grinding head. USE - Mechanical stripping method of graphite for production of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables mechanical stripping of graphite for production of graphene with high quality by simple and economical process, and ensures easily separation of product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for device for mechanical stripping of graphite for production of graphene, which comprises vacuum working chamber, grinding head device, vacuum pump, graphite rod feeding device and controller. The graphite rod feeding device is installed inside vacuum working chamber. Graphene is produced by mechanical stripping of graphite rod in vacuum state using ultra-fine fiber beam grinding head.
