▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Anti-corrosive graphene coating involves mixing hydroxylated graphite with aqua regia. The aqua regia is prepared by mixing nitric acid (98wt.%) and sulfuric acid (65wt.%) in molar ratio of 3:1. The aqua regia is mixed with graphite in molar ratio of 600:1-630:1. Graphite is dispersed in aqua regia through ultrasonic dispersion process. The dispersed graphite is washed, dried and ground to obtain graphene. The graphene is mixed with normal beta -aminoethyl gamma -aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane in molar ratio of 1:3-1:6 in deionized water. USE - Method for preparing anti-corrosive graphene coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare anti-corrosive graphene coating in an eco-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Anti-corrosive graphene coating involves mixing hydroxylated graphite with aqua regia. The aqua regia is prepared by mixing nitric acid (98wt.%) and sulfuric acid (65wt.%) in molar ratio of 3:1. The aqua regia is mixed with graphite in molar ratio of 600:1-630:1. Graphite is dispersed in aqua regia through ultrasonic dispersion process. The dispersed graphite is washed, dried and ground to obtain graphene. The graphene is mixed with normal beta -aminoethyl gamma -aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane in molar ratio of 1:3-1:6 in deionized water. The mixture is heated and stirred through ultrasonic dispersion process. The mixture is centrifuged and then centrifuged material is washed, dried, and ground. Dilutent is prepared by mixing dimethylbenzene and normal-butanol in molar ratio 2:5-5:9 uniformly. Slurry of modified graphene is prepared by mixing modified graphene (0.10-0.20%) in prepared dilutent. Film-forming substance is prepared by mixing epoxy resin, curing agent, dimethylbenzene, and normal-butanol in molar ratio of 20:8:2:5-20:12:5:9. The film forming substance is mixed with modified graphene slurry uniformly to obtain desired product.
