NOVELTY - Integrated, self-supporting silicon oxide/carbon nanotubes/graphene composite film comprises silicon oxide, single-sheet graphene and carbon nano tubes, where the particle size of silicon oxide is 1-100 microm, the sheet size of graphene is 10-200 microm and the thickness of the composite film is 10-100 microm. The mass ratio of silicon oxides and single sheets of graphene in the composite membrane is 1-20:1, and the carbon nanometer tube is 0.01-0.1 of the total mass. The composite membrane can be directly used as a battery cathode. USE - The integrated, self-supporting silicon oxide/carbon nanotubes/graphene composite film is useful for lithium-ion battery in electronic product and electric automobile. ADVANTAGE - The method: can simply and quickly prepare integrated self-supporting silicon oxide/carbon nano tube/graphene composite film with excellent multiplying power performance and cycle performance, and has high specific capacity and cycle stability as the cathode of the lithium-ion battery. The method: has low cost, and fast batch production of large area of self-supporting electrode, and can be directly used as electrode without current collector and adhesive.
