▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide having the number ratio of sp2 hybridized carbon atoms and sp3 hybridized carbon atoms in the graphene oxide of 1:0.5-1.5, is new. USE - Graphene oxide for use in oxidized graphene-primer complex used for preparing kit for detecting novel coronavirus (all claimed) in the field of microbial molecular diagnosis. ADVANTAGE - The complex is utilized to carry out multiple quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) detection, remarkably improve the detection sensitivity while having excellent specificity, realize the rapid, sensitive and accurate detection of the novel coronavirus, and has popularization and application values. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) an oxidized graphene-primer complex, which comprises oxidation graphene and gene primer compound form, where gene primer is primer of the novel coronavirus specific target gene; (2) a kit for detecting novel coronavirus, which comprises the graphene oxide-primer complex; and (3) a method for detecting novel coronavirus, which involves: (a) mixing components of the kit with the sample to be tested, and incubating; and (b) detectiong amplification products, where the detection is carried out by agarose gel electrophoresis, fluorescence detection or colloidal gold test strip detection, where kit comprises detection probes for type coronavirus RdRP gene, E gene and RNase P gene, and detection amplification product is real-time fluorescent PCR detection.
