NOVELTY - Preparation method of medical antibacterial gauze, involves (i) placing the yarn in a finishing solution containing hydroxypropyl- beta -cyclodextrin and citric acid for padding, performing steam crosslinking, and washing with water to obtain hydroxypropyl- beta -cyclodextrin-modified gauze, (ii) dipping hydroxypropyl- beta -cyclodextrin-modified gauze in graphene oxide dispersion, adding ascorbic acid, heating and reacting, taking out and washing with water to obtain graphene-modified gauze, and (iii) soaking the graphene-modified gauze in thrombin solution for oscillating reaction, and washing with water and drying with cold air after taking out to obtain the product. USE - Method useful for preparation of medical antibacterial gauze with hemostatic function. ADVANTAGE - The method anchors graphene on surface of gauze by cyclodextrin wrapped with thrombin to obtain medical gauze with excellent antibacterial and hemostatic function.
