▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Performing a reversible control method of graphene oxide surface functional group involves providing a graphene oxide dispersion liquid, and adding a transition metal salt to the graphene oxide dispersion liquid to obtain a mixed solution. The strong alkali solution is added to mixed solution, stirred at a first temperature for a first time, heated to a second temperature and stirred for a second time for reaction to obtain graphene oxide with removed functional group. The graphene oxide with removed functional group is placed in a strong acid solution for acid treatment to obtain graphene oxide with recovered functional groups, where above steps are sequentially repeated to realize reversible regulation of the functional groups on graphene oxide surface. USE - Method for performing a reversible control method of graphene oxide surface functional group. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to perform a reversible control method of graphene oxide surface functional group, which has simple operation, low cost, and realizes extended application of graphene in field of conductive switch.
