NOVELTY - Low-viscosity flame-retardant heat-conducting solvent-free polyurethane electronic potting adhesive comprises 30-50 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 20-30 pts. wt. modified polyurethane prepolymer, 15-20 pts. wt. heat-conducting powder, 10-20 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. vinyl silicon oil, 3-5 pts. wt. fire retardant, 3-5 pts. wt. catalyst, 2-4 pts. wt. anti-foaming agent, 2-4 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-2 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - Low-viscosity flame-retardant heat-conducting solvent-free polyurethane electronic potting adhesive (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The potting adhesive has good flame retardance, water resistance and electric performance, high-temperature resistance, low viscosity, excellent heat conducting performance, and good heat dissipation effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing low-viscosity flame-retardant heat-conducting solvent-free polyurethane electronic potting adhesive preparing the modified polyurethane prepolymer, using polyurethane and acrylic resin emulsion to prepare polyurethane-acrylic ester composite emulsion, dehydrating the polypropylene glycol and then adding to the polyurethane-acrylic ester composite emulsion for heating reaction to obtain acrylic-modified polyurethane prepolymer, preparing modified oxidized graphite dispersing the graphene oxide in water, adding terminal amino silicon oil, coupling and agent and carrying out modified reaction to obtain the modified graphene oxide solution, centrifuging and washing, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain the modified graphene oxide dispersion, preparing the electronic potting adhesive, respectively weighing the raw material, the modified polyurethane prepolymer, heat conducting powder, modified graphene oxide, catalyst and coupling agent mixing uniformly, then adding polyether polyol, vinyl silicone oil, fire retardant, agent, dispersant and curing, agent and forming to obtain electronic potting adhesive.
