NOVELTY - A graphene/long silver nanowire conductive film preparing method involves preparing silver nano line using polyol method and preparing graphene oxide by Hummers method, adding anionic surfactant into ethylene glycol, followed by adding silver nanowire and graphene oxide to obtain stable suspension. The stable suspension is filtered with hydrazine hydrate to obtain graphene/silver nanowire film. The film is removed from the filter to align the film with a flexible substrate, and placed the aligned substrate in a vacuum oven. The resultant substrate is placed in an acetone and soaked. USE - Method for preparing graphene/long silver nanowire conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the conductive film with better performance, and transparent and flexible appearance, in a simple, rapid and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/long silver nanowire conductive film preparing method involves preparing silver nano line using polyol method and preparing graphene oxide by Hummers method, adding 1 mg anionic surfactant into 30 ml ethylene glycol, followed by adding 0.15-15 mg silver nanowire and 0.033-3.3 mg graphene oxide to obtain stable suspension. The stable suspension is vacuum-filtered to prepare oxidized graphene/silver nanowire film. The vacuum suction device is kept in a water bath at 90 degrees C and stabilized, followed by filtering the resultant product with 20 ml hydrazine hydrate to obtain graphene/silver nanowire film. The graphene/silver nanowire film is removed from the filter to align the film with a flexible substrate with weight of more than 5 kg, and placed the aligned substrate in a vacuum oven at 60 degrees C for 12 hours. The resultant substrate is placed in an acetone and soaked for 20 minutes and removed to obtain a finished product.
