NOVELTY - Preparation of pure green broad-spectrum antibacterial feed additive comprises taking graphene or graphene oxide prepared by oxidation-reduction, adding purified water or ethanol aqueous solution at weight ratio of 1-4: 1000 and ultrasonically dispersing for 1-24 hours to obtain graphene suspension or graphene oxide suspension; crushing Paulownia flower dry product, sieving, adding purified water, 50% ethanol or 75% ethanol as solvent, ultrasonically stirring, standing, extracting at below 100 degrees C for 1 hour, adding purified water, 50% ethanol, 75% ethanol or 90% ethanol as solvent, ultrasonically stirring, standing, extracting at below 100 degrees C for 1 hour and mixing extracts to prepare Paulownia flower extract solution; and adding graphene or graphene oxide suspension to Paulownia flower extract solution at weight ratio of 2-8: 100, ultrasonically stirring for 1-24 hours, drying until viscous, drying in low-temperature vacuum-dryer and preparing into powder.
