▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A protein-based graphene-single-walled carbon nanotubes nano-gold composite material preparing method involves preparing GO-SWCNT suspension at concentration of 0.5 mg/mL-1. The obtained GO-SWCNT suspension is added with 1% chloroauric acid, ultrasonic agitated after adding BSA, stirred and pH is adjusted to alkaline with sodium hydroxide, followed by transferring mixture to a round bottom flask, heating and stirring under reflux for 3 hours, centrifuging final precipitate and washing repeatedly with ultrapure water, and drying resulting precipitate under vacuum to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing protein-based graphene-single-walled carbon nanotubes nano-gold composite material that is utilized for detecting glucose (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an use of protein-based graphene-single-walled carbon nanotubes nano-gold composite material for detecting glucose.
