▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing three-phase polydimethylsiloxane composite material based on seepage theory comprises (i) mixing the carbon nano-tube with the dispersion graphene; (ii) adding curing agent to the PDMS sponge mixing; adding carbon nano-tube and graphene of dispersion, where the doping concentration of the carbon nano-tube and graphene is 0-3.5 wt.%; (iii) shaping and solidifying mixture; (iv) adding solidified sample into water, dissolving dispersion in sample, and drying to obtain reduced graphene oxide/carbon nanotube/PDMS, sponge three-phase PDMS composite material; and (iv) combining seepage theory, explaining the dielectric performance and conductivity of the three-phase PDMS composite material at different doping concentration along with the change rule of the doping concentration, finding seepage threshold value, and obtaining three-phase PDMS composite material with maximum sensitivity. USE - The method is useful for preparing three-phase PDMS composite material based on seepage theory and intelligent foot pad, which is useful in the field of artificial muscle, garment material for auxiliary drug release and biological engineering field. ADVANTAGE - The method combines seepage theory and original sugar template method, by increasing the doping concentration of the conductive material to the threshold value, reducing the agglomeration effect between the filling material, and the interaction between the fill material and the flexible substrate, improving the dielectric property and conductivity of the composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: an intelligent insole; and a three-phase PDMS composite material.
