NOVELTY - The device has a supporting foot frame (1) whose top end is fixedly connected with a wastewater collecting device main body (2). A top end surface of the wastewater collecting device main body is arranged with a ball bearing (3). A top end of the ball bearing is fixedly connected with a rotating disk (4). A top end of the rotating disk is provided with a screw rod (7). A surface of the screw rod is arranged with a screw rod (12). A bottom end surface of the wastewater collecting device main body is fixedly connected with a filter cavity (27). A bottom end surface of a moving block is propped against a sewer arc-shaped filter screen (33) through a hinge shaft. An inner wall of an end of the waste water collecting device main body close to the sewer arc-shaped filter screen is connected with a sealing plate (36) through the hinge shaft, which hinges a cleaning brush plate to a fan-shaped hinge block.
