▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The biosensor has an optical fiber whose end surfaces and an outer surface are provided with conductive layers. The end surface of the optical fiber is fixed with drain electrodes and a source electrode of a field effect transistor (FET). Another end surface of the optical fiber is formed with a conductive channel that is connected with the drain electrode and the source electrode, where the conductive channel is a graphene thin film. USE - Biosensor for a digital micro-flow control based optical fiber FET coupling biological detection device (claimed) for use in research fields i.e. biomedicine and life science for human disease diagnosis, treatment and prevention. ADVANTAGE - The biosensor utilizes a photoelectric double mode to detect a same target, thus improving detection accuracy and reliability, improves automation degree and efficiency, reduces cost and process pollution, and improves detection result effectiveness. Utilizes digital microfluidic technology and optical fiber FET/ fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) so as to detect a biological sample with high-sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (a) a biosensor manufacturing method; (b) a digital micro-flow control based optical fiber FET coupling biological detection device.
