NOVELTY - Grapheme-based bifunctional catalyst comprises platinum element and ruthenium element. The pore structure of the graphene-based bifunctional catalyst is a micro-mesoporous pore structure. USE - The graphene-based bifunctional catalyst is used in anode electrode of electrocatalysis and/or lithium-oxygen batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple, the required instruments are common, and large-scale production is easy and the prepared graphene-based bifunctional catalyst has uniform pore structure, excellent electrical conductivity, and large specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparing the graphene-based bifunctional catalyst, comprising mixing solution containing platinum source, ruthenium source, alkali source and graphite, freeze-drying to obtain freeze-dried material, and annealing; and (2) anode electrode material, comprising the graphene-based bifunctional catalyst.
