▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Concrete micro-crack repairing agent comprises 2-10 wt.% alcohol amine modified graphene and 90-98 wt.% silica sol organic precursor solution. The silica sol organic precursor solution is tetraethyl orthosilicate and tetraethyl orthosilicate condensate, polysiloxane or aminosilane. The graphene in the alcohol amine-modified graphene is sheet graphene with a thickness of ≤ 10 nm. The alcohol amine is diethanolamine, triethanolamine, N-methyldiethanolamine or N,N-diethanolamine. The mass of alkanolamine is 0.3-1% of the mass of graphene. USE - The concrete micro-crack repairing agent is useful for concrete micro-crack repairing and repairing cracks in in-service concrete structure. ADVANTAGE - The repairing agent system has low viscosity and high permeability, is capable of quickly permeating into micro-cracks of less than 1 mm to react, can be efficiently repaired, greatly improves the impermeability and recovery mechanical properties of concrete, and prolongs the service life of concrete, ensures the service life of the building, and reduces the management and maintenance cost in the full life cycle. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing concrete micro-crack repairing agent comprising mixing alcohol amine-modified graphene and the silica sol organic precursor solution, and performing homogenization treatment to obtain a suspension, where the homogenization treatment method is ultrasonic homogenization and/or vacuum homogenization.
