NOVELTY - High-strength and high-modulus rubber material comprises 100 pts. wt. perfluoroether rubber polymer, 1-8 pts. wt. graphene, 0-3 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 0-5 pts. wt. accelerator, 0-5 pts. wt. acid absorbent, 5-30 pts. wt. filler and 0-2 pts. wt. processing agent. USE - The rubber material is useful in the preparation of seals for downhole tools, valve seals or pumps and compressors in the petroleum and natural gas industry (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber material has excellent hardness, constant elongation strength, resistance to extrusion deformation, resistance to shear, and resistance to rapid gas pressure loss. The method: is simple; utilizes economical composition; and improves the sealing and pressure-bearing effects of downhole tools and valve seats under high temperature and high pressure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of a high-strength and high-modulus rubber material comprising (1) uniformly masticating 100 pts. wt. perfluoroether rubber polymer on a two-roll mill and covered with rolls, uniformly mixing1-8 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 0-5 pts. wt. accelerator, 0-5 pts. wt. acid absorbent, 5-30 pts. wt. filler and 0-2 pts. wt. processing agent auxiliary materials, and gradually adding to the open mill, and mixing the perfluoroether rubber polymer with all auxiliary materials, and (2) mixing all the auxiliary materials with the perfluoroether rubber polymer, cutting the perfluoroether rubber material mixture of the wrapping roller 5-10 times on the left and right sides, adjusting the roller distance of the open mill to the minimum, rolling or tapping the triangle bag 10 second, controlling the entire mixing time between 15-20 minutes, and the roller temperature of the open mill to less than 80 degrees C, mixing uniformly the perfluoroether rubber complex material and then discharging the sheet to obtain the perfluoroether rubber material compound rubber, and (3) aging the prepared perfluoroether rubber compound for 16 hours, re-mixing by rolling or triangulation for 10 times, and then taking out the sheet.
