NOVELTY - The preparation method of sound insulation and electromagnetic shielding bifunctional graphene paper involves (1) directly freeze-drying oxidized graphene dispersion at -50 to -10 degrees C for 8-72 hours to obtain graphene oxide powder, (2) reducing the obtained graphene oxide powder using hydrazine reducing agent steam, (3) sintering at 500-3500 degrees C for 0.5-10 hours using inert gas as protective gas to obtain graphene powder, and (4) pressing the obtained graphene powder at 1.5-30 MPa and 20-200 degrees C for 1-100 minutes. USE - Preparation method of sound insulation and electromagnetic shielding bifunctional graphene paper for use in aerospace navigation and military applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of bifunctional graphene paper with excellent sound insulation and electromagnetic shielding effects.
