▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene and continuous carbon fiber-reinforced polyamide composite material comprises 600-760 pts. wt. PA66, 100- 140 pts. wt. PA6, 100-300 pts. wt. continuous carbon fiber, 5-15 pts. wt. modified graphene, 6-10 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-6 pts. wt. composite anti-hydrolytic agent, 3-5 pts. wt. composite light stabilizer, 4-8 pts. wt. lubricant, 5-15 pts. wt. metal oxide and 5-15 pts. wt. black master batch, where the modified graphene is graphene formed by pre-processing surface by sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and silane coupling agent. USE - Used as graphene and continuous carbon fiber-reinforced polyamide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent rigidity and impact toughness, excellent weather resistance and hydrolysis resistance, and satisfies the carbon fiber reinforced polyamide after injection molded surface exposed without fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene and continuous carbon fiber-reinforced polyamide composite material comprising (i) adding graphene into a high speed mixer, then adding 1 wt.% graphene sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and 0.5 wt.% silane coupling agent KH-560, high speed mixing at 50-60 degrees C for 4-6 minutes and then pre-treating the graphene surface, (ii) adding PA66, PA6, antioxidant, hydrolytic resistant agent, composite light stabilizer, lubricant, metal oxide, black master batch and modified graphene into the uniformly mixed mixture, then adding into double-screw extruder and mixing at 40-60 degrees C for 3-5 minutes, and (iii) adding mixed material into high mixing machine, fusing and plasticizing in a soaking equipment, at the same time introducing continuous carbon fiber through inlet channel of the soaking equipment into the impregnating device alternately around a set of tension roller trailing fold forward, then uniformly dipping continuous carbon fiber by tension roller and uniformly dispersing with molten resin, shaping die, cooling, subjecting to traction, and granulating to obtain final product with length of 6-25 mm.
