▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene modified metal oxide anode material comprises titanium substrate, which is coated with an active coating, and active coating composition comprises ruthenium(IV) oxide (RuO2), iridium(IV) oxide (IrO2), tin dioxide (SnO2), antimony trioxide (Sb2O3), graphene, and titanium matrix composed of Ti/RuO2-IrO2-SnO2-Sb2O3-G anode materials. The coating composition comprises 10-30 wt.% ruthenium, 20-60 wt.% iridium, 10-30 wt.% tin, 10-30 wt.% antimony, 0.1-10g/L graphene, and total concentration of metal ions in the coating liquid is 0.10-0.35mol/L, and coating amount is greater than or equal to 10g/m2. USE - Graphene modified metal oxide anode material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified metal oxide anode material has enhanced electrolytic life than 480 hours, reduces passivation of titanium basal body, improves stability and service life of coating, improves bonding force between coating and substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a graphene-modified metal oxide anode material, which involves: (A) using titanium plate as a matrix material of the oxide anode, and the titanium matrix is blasted to increase the surface roughness, and degreasing to remove the oil stain on the surface of the titanium substrate after sandblasting; and (B) etching the surface of the titanium substrate after degreasing with an oxalic acid solution and coating liquid configuration coating and sintering of the outer coating to obtain the desired product.
