▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The assembly (140) has a spacer (148) provided with a central opening and a support structure i.e. columnal structure. The support structure is directly contacted to a fan (154). A mounting plate (124) is coupled to a bottom portion of the spacer. A heat spreader (126) is fixed between the mounting plate and the spacer. A heating and cooling device i.e. thermoelectric cooler (TEC) (150), is arranged within the central opening of the spacer. The heating and cooling device is located between a skived heat sink (152) and the heat spreader. The fan is coupled to a top portion of the spacer. The heat sink is arranged between the top portion of the spacer and the fan, where the mounting plate comprises aluminum or anodized aluminum, the spacer comprises materials selected from a group consisting of Nylon 66, Dupont 801, and Dupont 2801 and the heat spreader comprises graphene and graphite. USE - Temperature modulation assembly for a temperature therapy device e.g. electric heating pad and ice pack. ADVANTAGE - The mounting plate is coupled to the bottom portion of a spacer, the heat spreader is arranged between the mounting plate and the spacer and the heating and cooling device is arranged within the central opening of the spacing, and thus enables to increase blood flow, local tissue metabolic rate and rate of healing, decrease sensation of pain and facilitate stretching of a tissue.
