▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method comprises: (a) dissolving organic amine containing polyfunctional group in water, (b) soaking porous support base film for 1-5 minutes, then using air knife or roller wheel to dry or dry residual water phase solution on the film surface, (c) dissolving other organic amine containing multifunctional group in water, and adding to ink jet printing device blank ink box as printing ink, (d) designing printing pattern with a ratio of 1/99 to 99/1 between blank area and filling area, spraying in the porous support base film surface depending on position of the printing pattern filling area, (e) dissolving organic acyl chloride containing polyfunctional group in organic solvent, (f) slowly pouring to upper surface of the porous support base film for 10-120 seconds, carrying out polymerization reaction to form a polyamide layer, and (g) performing heat treatment to the obtained film to obtain the composite film with heterogeneous structure separation layer. USE - The composite film with heterogeneous structure separation layer is useful in the water treatment process, preferably reverse osmosis and nano-filtration of industrial wastewater of zero discharge and resource seawater/brackish water desalting and deep water treatment field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare composite film with heterogeneous structure separation layer that improves the flexibility and controllability of the film structure control, and utilizes the structure to determine the performance, by changing the distribution proportion distribution of different structures in the heterogeneous separation layer, and realizes the precise control of the size and space distribution of film permeability and flux distribution in the film assembly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation method of the composite film with heterogeneous structure separation layer comprising dissolving or dispersing intermediate layer material in deionized water, and adding to ink jet printing device blank ink box, spraying the intermediate layer precursor solution according to designed pattern on the surface of the porous support base film, dissolving the organic amine with multiple functional groups in water, soaking the porous support base film, and performing steps (e)-(g); and (2) composite film with heterogeneous structure separation layer.
