NOVELTY - Preparing two-dimensional graphene and boron nitride crystal material involves inorganic layered material with mixing of ammonia borane with medium ball into ball milling tank in air atmosphere or inert gas atmosphere, an inorganic layered material in the mixture of borane with mass ratio of 1:0.5-5, 2) using planetary ball mill for inorganic layered material with borane mixture taking mechanical ball milling treatment, 3) using solvent to wash, filtering and drying to obtain single layer or multiple layers of rear two-dimensional crystal material. USE - For preparing a two-dimensional graphene and boron nitride crystal material (claimed); used as an actual physical production of grinding technology, mechanical milling technology. ADVANTAGE - The method has high stripping efficiency. The ball milling process ammonia borane in the inorganic layered material are dispersedly absorbed to the surface of two-dimensional crystal from the inorganic lamellar crystal particle surface of effective.
