▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/polylactic acid nano-composite comprises e. g. (i) washing graphene in wet state tetrahydrofuran 5 times to remove water content; (ii) dissolving polylactic acid (1 g graphene corresponds to 4 g polylactic acid) in tetrahydrofuran by mechanical stirring (1 g polylactic acid corresponds to 10 ml tetrahydrofuran); (iii) mechanically stirring in a three-necked flask, dispersing graphite in tetrahydrofuran (1 g graphite dilute corresponds to 40 ml tetrahydrofuran), performing ultrasonic and strong stirring treatment for 2-3 hours until the mixture becomes thick; (iv) adding the polylactic acid solution into the graphite dilute/tetrahydrofuran mixed solution, performing ultrasonic treatment and strong mechanical stirring for 4 hours, pouring the mixture into an open container and drying in an oven at 50 degrees C for 10 hours, making the film on the surface is torn properly, and evaporating the solvent, crushing the resulting film-type solid into particles or powder. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/polylactic acid nano-composite. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to control the temperature.
