▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Corrosion resistant-heat dissipation paint comprises 15-25 pts. wt. polyester resin, 10-20 pts. wt. amino resin, 3-6 pts. wt. tributyl citrate, 7-12 pts. wt. modified montmorillonite, 4-6 pts. wt. attapulgite, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene, 3-8 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 2-4 pts. wt. butyl acrylate, 1-3 pts. wt. ammonium molybdate, 4-9 pts. wt. modified starch, 2-3 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorber, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 2-4 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 20-30 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Used as corrosion resistant-heat dissipation paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint: has strong adhesive force and excellent weather resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing corrosion resistant-heat dissipation paint comprising (i) weighing polyester resin, amino resin, tributyl citrate, modified montmorillonite, attapulgite, graphene, polycarbonate, butyl acrylate, ammonium molybdate, modified starch, ultraviolet absorber, dispersant, antifoaming agent and solvent, (ii) mixing polyester resin, amino resin, tributyl citrate, modified montmorillonite, attapulgite, and graphene, stirring and reacting at 50-60 degrees C for 2-3 hours, then adding solvent, and incubating for 1-2 hours, (iii) adding dispersant, modified starch, polycarbonate, butyl acrylate and ammonium molybdate into product obtained in step (ii), stirring and reacting for 30-50 minutes, and (iv) adding remaining material into product obtained in step (iii), and ultrasonically dispersing for 5-10 minutes to obtain corrosion resistant-heat dissipation paint.
