NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene by mechanical stripping of polymer carbon source, involves weighing carbon-containing polymer and chemical foaming agent, adding substances to mixing machine, setting speed to 5000-5400 rpm, starting mixing machine, setting heating rate to 5 degrees C/minutes, stop heating when temperature reaches to 300 degrees C, mixing to form porous carbon precursor, adding porous carbon precursor with stripping agent, loading into mixing machine, mixing, raising temperature of rotational vibration extruder to 50-60 degrees C, setting speed to 400-500 rpm, and stripping. USE - Preparation of graphene by mechanical stripping of polymer carbon source (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables large-scale production of economical graphene without adding other chemicals under mild condition by simple process, and uses wide sources of raw materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of graphene by mechanical stripping of polymer carbon source, involves weighing carbon-containing polymer and chemical foaming agent in ratio of 3-3.2:1.5, adding two substances into high-speed ultra-fine dispersion mixing machine, setting the speed to 5000-5400 rpm, starting machine, after 10-15 minutes starting a high-speed ultra-fine dispersion mixing machine, setting the heating rate to 5 degrees C/minutes, stop heating when the temperature reaches to 300 degrees C, high shear mixing for 30-40 minutes to form porous carbon precursor, adding porous carbon precursor with stripping agent in ratio of (3-3.2):(1.3), loading into a high-speed ultra-fine dispersion mixing machine, setting parameters to 5500-5900 rpm, high-speed shear mixing for 15-20 minutes, raising temperature of rotational vibration extruder to 50-60 degrees C, setting speed to 400-500 rpm, and rotational vibration shear stripping for 1-1.5 hours.
