NOVELTY - Preparation of one-phase microwave fast nitrogen doped graphene comprises preparing graphite oxide by adding concentrated sulfuric acid in beaker with flake graphite, mechanically stirring, slowly adding potassium permanganate, stirring, removing ice bath, stirring with water bath, adding deionized water, heating, reacting, adding deionized water, centrifuging, and washing; and diluting graphite oxide, adding ethylenediamine, reacting, freeze-drying to get solid phase functionalized graphene, placing in microwave oven under argon atmosphere, and microwave processing for 1 minute. USE - Method for preparing one-phase microwave fast nitrogen doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The environment-friendly method avoids corrosion, ammonia usage and toxicity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of one-phase microwave fast nitrogen doped graphene comprises preparing graphite oxide by adding 130 ml concentrated sulfuric acid into 100 ml beaker with 5 g flake graphite, mechanically stirring for 2 hours under ice bath condition, slowly adding 15 g potassium permanganate, stirring for 2 hours, removing ice bath, continue stirring at 35 degrees C with water bath for 1 hour, adding 230 ml deionized water in beaker, heating to 980 degrees C, reacting for 30 minutes, adding 400 mL deionized water, centrifuging, and washing until neutral; and diluting graphite oxide to 1 mg/ml concentration with 120 ml dispersant, adding 1.5 ml ethylenediamine into 250 ml single-necked flask, reacting under reflux for 6 hours, freeze-drying to get solid phase functionalized graphene, placing in microwave oven under argon atmosphere, and microwave processing for 1 minute.
