NOVELTY - Modified antistatic polypropylene material comprises 100-120 pts. wt. homopolymerized polypropylene, 20-30 pts. wt. glass fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. toughening agent, 5-10 pts. wt. hygroscopic agent, 6-10 pts. wt. carbon nanotube (CNT) conductive masterbatch, 3-8 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.5-3 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - Used as modified antistatic polypropylene material. ADVANTAGE - The material: adds graphene and CNT conductive master batch, which can form a long-lasting conductive network in polypropylene materials and has long-lasting electrical conductivity; adds hygroscopic agent and antistatic agent, which can melt and polymerize with the main material, enhances moisture absorption and electrical conductivity, can conduct rapid electricity, and enhances the antistatic performance of the overall material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the modified antistatic polypropylene material, comprising (i) uniformly mixing polypropylene, glass fiber, toughening agent, moisture absorbent, CNT conductive master batch, antistatic agent, graphene, dispersant, antioxidant, and lubricant; (ii) placing the mixture obtained in step (i) into a mixer to mix and stir for 5-8 minutes; and (iii) melting, mixing and extruding the mixture obtained in step (ii) by an extruder; drawing, granulating, and injection molding the finished product.
