NOVELTY - Fire-retardant and flame-retardant shell substrate coating, comprises 30-50 pts. wt. shell powder, 10-20 pts. wt. kaolin, 10-20 pts. wt. Light calcium carbonate, 10-20 pts. wt. nano-silica, 1-10 pts. wt. titania-bismuth vanadate-graphene ternary nanocomposite and 10-20 pts. wt. binder powder, and the particle size of the shell powder is 300-1500 mesh. USE - Used as fire-retardant and flame-retardant shell substrate coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the coating, comprising (1) mixing hydroxyethyl cellulose, aqueous silicone oil, sodium alginate, polyethylene glycol, dispersant, and antifoaming agent with a formula amount of 40-60% and water, and stirring at a medium speed to prepare a slurry material, (2) adding the modified shell powder, zeolite powder, titanium dioxide, and diatomite into the slurry, and obtaining the base material by high-speed stirring, and (3) adding the defoamer of 40-60% of formula quantity into the base material by silicone acrylic emulsion, film-forming aid, and formula, stirring at low speed evenly, adding the photocatalytic composite colloid and preparing by stirring at low speed.
