NOVELTY - Building material comprises 25-34 pts. wt. building waste wood, 22-28 pts. wt. waste plastics, 24-33 pts. wt. straw, 18-24 pts. wt. sludge, 12-16 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 8-13 pts. wt. graphene, 11-15 pts. wt. sepiolite powder, 7-12 pts. wt. fly ash, 8-13 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 9-15 pts. wt. calcium hypophosphite, 6-10 pts. wt. dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, 7-12 pts. wt. phase change solution, 6-9 pts. wt. saturated sodium hydroxide solution, 5-8 pts. wt. aqueous adhesive, 6-10 pts. wt. dispersion solution, 4-7 pts. wt. alkali excitant, and 8-14 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as building material. ADVANTAGE - The building material: saves energy and is environmentally friendly; reduces preparation of components, and method is simple, and suitable for large-scale popularization and production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the building material, comprising (i) adding straw, construction wood waste, and waste plastic product into a crusher to crush to obtain crushing material, pre-processing the crushed material, adding dispersed solution into a reaction kettle, stirring and reacting for 0.8-0.9 hours at 62-65 degrees C, adding saturated sodium hydroxide solution, stirring and reacting for 0.3-0.4 hours at 45-50 degrees C, finishing reaction to obtain base material, (ii) calcining the sludge for 3-3.5 hours with calcium carbonate, graphene, sepiolite powder, calcining at 680-720 degrees C in the furnace, milling fly ash and silicon dioxide mixed in ball mill for to change solution by 500 meshes sieve, and placing into the stirrer to stir and disperse to obtain dispersed material and phase, (iii) adding alkali excitant and water into the dispersion material, stirring and reacting for 0.5-0.6 hours, adding the base material at 56-58 degrees C, (iv) sealing, pressurizing and stirring for 0.2-0.3 hours to obtain product, adding the product, calcium hypophosphite, dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride and aqueous binder mixture into the double-screw extruder, melting and extruding into mold, placing the mold into a high pressure drying box to remove air bubbles, and dehydrating.
