NOVELTY - A graphene composite layer has a graphene layer and a coating layer containing amine-based compound (I) formed on surface(s) of the graphene layer. USE - Graphene composite layer is used for electrode for electronic device e.g. organic light emitting device, organic solar cell, organic semiconductor device and organic optoelectronic devices (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite layer has low work function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene composite layer has a graphene layer and a coating layer containing amine-based compound of formula (I) formed on surface(s) of the graphene layer.
