NOVELTY - Preparation of micro-slider component by powder metallurgy method, involves mixing iron powder and powders of other alloying and non-alloying elements in a mixer at 80-120 rpm for 10-20 minutes to obtain powder raw materials, then mixing the powder raw material and a porous modified material in mass ratio of 95-100:1-5 to obtain a pressed film powder, adding the pressed film powder to a specific mold, and pressing at 100-120 MPa to obtain a blank and sintering the blank by raising temperature to 800-850℃ at rate of 1-10℃/minute, heat preserving for 30-60 minutes, heating to 950-1000℃ at rate of 1-10℃/minute, heat preserving for 30-60 minutes, further heating to 1250-1300℃ at rate of 1-10℃/minute, heat preserving for 20-180 minutes, cooling to 180-220℃ at a rate of 1-5℃/minute and then cooling with the furnace. USE - Preparation of micro-slider component (claimed) by powder metallurgy method. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method provides micro-slider component with excellent sintering characteristics due to use of iron powder as raw material, high density, which reaches the performance of existing dense materials, and excellent self-lubricating property, which effectively prolongs the service life of the slider.
