▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A material comprises fluoropolyurethane polymer materials (A), organic solvents (B), graphene fluoride (C), PTFE dispersion (D), and polyimide fibers (E). The mass ratio of the components (A)-(D) is 25-50:25-35:5-10:19.5-30. USE - Material used for manufacturing high-hardness coating (claimed) for protecting aluminum alloy. ADVANTAGE - The material provides coating material having excellent wear resistance, water resistance, scratch resistance, and effectively improves the surface-protecting effect of aluminum alloy substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of high-hardness coating material, which involves adding 25-35 %mass solvent, 25-50 %mass component (A), 5-10 %mass component (C), 19.5-30.5 %mass component (D), heating at 50-80 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 30-60 minutes, introducing the slurry into the homogenizer, adding 0.5-2.5 %mass component (E) at speed rate of 600-800 rpm, and stirring for 10 minutes; and (2) manufacture of high-hardness coating, which involves spaying the coating material on the surface of an aluminum alloy substrate with air-spray gun, natural drying or curing at 60-80 degrees C for 1 hour.
