▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphite oxide and graphene/polylactic acid composite materials involves adding polyvinylalcohol (PVA) particles in deionized water at 95 degrees C to make concentration of 0.08gx \mL aqueous solution in 500mL three-necked flask with mechanical stirring and oil bath heating device. The required amount of graphite oxide is dispersed in 50mL of ionized water, stirred, poured into the flask, stirred thoroughly at 95 degrees C for 3 days, Graphene/PVA is prepared. The hydrazine hydrate is added after stirring for 2 days, then continued to stir for another day. The mass ratio of hydrazine hydrate to GO is 1:1. The mixture is poured in the flask into mold, placed in oven at 40 degrees C for 2 days, peeled off the formed film, and dried at 8 degrees C for 2 days, then make sample required for testing, film thickness is 300 plus minus 20 micrometer. The samples are named PVA/GO-X and PVA/Graphene-x, where x (0.4, 0.8, 1.6) is mass percentage of GO or graphene, then prepared samples are tested. USE - Method for preparing graphite oxide and graphene/polylactic acid composite materials. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphite oxide and graphene/polylactic acid composite materials that has simple operation and easy temperature control.
