▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Recycling metal in waste circuit board comprises (1) placing discarded circuit board in the reaction tank and soaking it in the dispersant aqueous solution, applying high-voltage pulses, discharging the discarded circuit boards with 300 pulses until they are broken under the conditions of plate spacing 25-35 mm, pulse frequency 3-5 Hz, voltage 160-180 kV, and passing through 10-mesh sieve after drying, where those that can be sieved are metal-rich groups, and those that cannot be sieved are non-metal-rich groups, (2) separating non-metal-rich group by airflow sorting to separate metal particles with high density after being crushed, and subjecting remaining non-metal-rich group to electrostatic separation after pulse dust removal to separate resin fiber and metal particles, and (3) mixing the metal particles obtained in the step (2) and the metal-rich group, and separating iron powder by weak magnetic separator. USE - The method is useful for recycling metal in waste circuit board. ADVANTAGE - The method enables recovery of metal from waste circuit board with high separation efficiency.
