NOVELTY - The dangler (100) has a substrate (10) provided with a graphene layer (20). A predetermined pattern is formed on the substrate. A metallic layer (30) is fixed on the graphene layer. Multiple graphene units (21) are fixed on the predetermined pattern. A metal unit is fixed with a nano wire. The substrate is a macromolecular film substrate and a flexible substrate. Diameter of the nano wire is formed in range of 10-100 nm. Length of the nano wire is formed in range of 1-20 mm. USE - Dangler for use in an electric component (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The dangler improves elasticity and penetrates better lightning effect and optical transmittance rate. The dangler secures excellent conductivity and flexibility property, and has wide application range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a dangler manufacturing method.
