NOVELTY - Preparing silanized graphene comprises mixing aminosilane coupling agent and graphene oxide to obtain first dispersion liquid, reacting to obtain self-assembled monolayer molecule modified AGO, then mixing AGO and tetraethyl orthosilicate to obtain second dispersion liquid, adjusting the pH of the second dispersion liquid to alkaline, and reacting. USE - The silanized graphene or silanized graphene/silicone rubber composite material is useful in polymer composite materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: weakens the interaction force between graphene sheets; is prone to agglomeration, which further enhances the compatibility between graphene and silicone rubber; and can be evenly dispersed in the silicone rubber matrix to achieve the reinforcement of the silicone rubber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) silanized graphene prepared by the above method; (2) silanized graphene/silicone rubber composite material comprising silanized graphene; and (3) preparing the silanized graphene/silicone rubber composite material comprising mixing silanized graphene and silicone rubber, adding hydroxy silicone oil for the second banbury, then adding vulcanizing agent for third banbury, and vulcanizing.
