▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing weather resistant graphene oxide/polytetrafluoroethylene architectural coating comprising (1) dispersing graphene oxide into tetrahydrofuran, adding 1-(3-aminobutyl)-3-methylimidazolium chloride, heating in an oil bath and ultrasonic dispersion, adding acid catalyst and hyperbranched monomer after 2 hours heating and refluxing for 24 hours, filtering, washing and vacuum drying to obtain hyperbranched polysilane grafted aminated graphene oxide, i.e HPE-GO-NH2, (2) adding HPE-GO-NH 2 obtained in the step (1) to the polytetrafluoroethylene coating emulsion, uniformly dispersing, and preparing a mixed emulsion of HPE-GO-NH2/PTFE, (3) dissolving epoxy resin in acetone to prepare A glue, and dissolving pyromellitic anhydride in gamma -butyrolactone to obtain B glue, (4) mixing A glue and B glue, adding into HPE-GO-NH2/PTFE mixed emulsion, and ultrasonically dispersing for 3 hours to obtain graphene oxide/polytetrafluoroethylene architectural coating. USE - The method is useful for preparing weather resistant graphene oxide/polytetrafluoroethylene architectural coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for weatherable graphene oxide/polytetrafluoroethylene architectural coating prepared by above mentioned method.
