NOVELTY - Encapsulating material with a reinforcing filler comprises 8-12 pts. wt. graphene, 8-12 pts. wt. wood fiber, 18-22 pts. wt. soil, 8-12 pts. wt. chloroprene rubber, 20-30 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 15-25 pts. wt. silica micro-powder, 4-6 pts. wt. silica, 4-6 pts. wt. sepiolite, 4-6 pts. wt. diatomic clay, 4-6 pts. wt. seaweed mud, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. zinc magnesium powder, 4-6 pts. wt. synthetic rubber, 4-6 pts. wt. coumarone resin, 1-3 pts. wt. paraffin oil, guar gum, corn starch, triglyceride, stearic acid, olive oil, chlorinated tert-pentane, and nano boron fiber. USE - The encapsulating material with reinforcing filler is useful for a thin film capacitor (claimed).
