▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Filter material for industrial wastewater purification from engineering waste slurry comprises 600-800 pts. wt. engineering waste slurry, 20-30 pts. wt. cellulose microspheres, 40-60 pts. wt. chitosan 30-40 pts. wt. kaolin, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 60-80 pts. wt. slurry soft consolidation agent. The slurry soft consolidation agent comprises aqueous-soluble polymers, polyaspartic acid, four-armed polyethylene glycol, potassium humate, nano attapulgite, styrylpyridine, quinoline carboxylate, xanthan gum, polyethylene oxide-polystyrene-polyoxyethylene block copolymer, cross-linking agent, hydrolyzable silane compound and inorganic gel material. The aqueous-soluble polymer comprises polyacrylamide, sodium alginate, polyvinyl alcohol and aqueous-soluble cellulose. USE - Used as filter material for industrial wastewater purification from engineering waste slurry. ADVANTAGE - The filter material enables pollution diffusion during the storage and transportation of waste slurry; reduces the processing difficulty and environment input influence of the traditional waste slurry and the generated material has no pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing filter material for industrial wastewater purification comprising (a) mixing raw materials to prepare slurry soft consolidation and (b) cutting and granulating slurry soft consolidation, where the pass rate of 10 mm square hole sieve is over 90%, directly wrapping after cutting and granulating and air-drying at 25℃ to a water content of 25-50%.
