NOVELTY - High molecular composite material filter pressing plate comprises 30-35 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 20-25 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) thermoplastic elastomer, 5-8 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 14-20 pts. wt. nano-carbon fiber and 4-6 pts. wt. dispersant. USE - Used as high molecular composite material filter pressing plate. ADVANTAGE - The filter pressing plate: has good anti-pressure performance, high pressure resistance, and solves the problem that the pressure resistance strength performance of the current filter pressing plate is bad. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high molecular composite material pressure filter plate, comprising (i) preparing modified nano fiber by using the nano-carbon fiber and aqueous epoxy resin; and (ii) adding SBS thermoplastic elastomer, dispersant, silane coupling agent, aqueous epoxy resin and 7/8 of modified nano fiber, mixing uniformly, after high temperature melting, adding the remaining 1/8 weight parts of modified nano-fiber, after the modified nano fiber melt, mixing uniformly, pressing the mixed material to obtain the macromolecule composite material filter pressing plate.
