▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of three dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene comprises adding bifunctional reagent thioacetamide to graphene oxide-doped zinc sulfide (ZnS) and nitrogen atom under alkaline condition, reacting to carry out interlayer deposition of nitrogen-doped ZnS particles into graphene material to obtain ZnS/graphene-nitrogen, and dissolving in ZnS under acidic condition. USE - Method for preparation of three dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene used for supercapacitor (claimed), optical, electricity and magnetic field. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and environment-friendly.
