▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The method involves atomizing the copper liquid by using carbon source gas as an atomization medium, so that the carbon source gas is catalytically decomposed to obtain graphene and attached to the surface of the copper powder formed by atomization. The carbon source gas is a mixture of inert gas, hydrogen and organic gas. The proportions of the inert gas, the hydrogen gas and the organic gas are: 87.20%-93.30% of the inert gas, 6.64%-12.50% of the hydrogen gas, and 0.01%-0.40% of the organic gas. The proportions of the inert gas, the hydrogen gas and the organic gas are: 87.30%-93.40% of the inert gas, 6.65%-12.40% of the hydrogen gas, and 0.02%-0.39% of the organic gas. The organic gas includes alkane gas, and optionally, the organic gas is selected from at least one of methane or ethane. The inert gas is argon or nitrogen. USE - Method for preparing composite material of graphene coated copper powder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process steps are significantly reduced, the preparation process of the graphene coated copper powder composite material is greatly shorten, is beneficial to mass production, and popularization is facilitated. The method is easier to control the uniformity of graphene, high-temperature adhesion of graphene is avoided, defects of graphene is reduced and the quality of the composite material is improved. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the preparation method of the composite material of graphene coated copper powder.
