NOVELTY - Preparing linear low-density polyethylene electromagnetic shielding film comprises (1) adding conductive particles to 200 ml deionized water, and preparing dispersion A by ultrasonic dispersion, (2) placing a molecular sieve with a mesh number of 2000 in the Buchner funnel, placing the non-woven fabric on the molecular sieve, infiltrating with deionized water, and pouring the above dispersion A into the Buchner funnel, and fast suction filtering, (3) spraying dispersion A on non-woven fabric after suction and filtering by using the electrostatic spraying process, and drying, (4) arranging conductive non-woven fabric in the middle of two layers of linear low-density polyethylene film to perform hot-pressing compounding to obtain an linear low-density polyethylene composite film, and (5) using metal molecular sieve or punching plate as template, printing microstructure on the surface of linear low-density polyethylene composite film through hot embossing process to obtain the product. USE - The polyethylene electromagnetic shielding film is useful in electronic communication, and transportation. ADVANTAGE - The polyethylene electromagnetic shielding film: is economical; has good electromagnetic shielding effect, and self-cleaning function; solving the problem of easy corrosion of the all-weather outdoor electronic device. The method: is simple, environmentally friendly, and has high efficiency.
