NOVELTY - The apparatus has tubes that are formed within the circuit board and is made up of terminations at surfaces of the circuit board. The each tube is made up of layer of graphene that is operable to permit each tube to conduct electrical current. The each layer of graphene is formed by thermolysis of the polycrystalline diamond circuit board at a temperature greater than or equal to 900 degrees Celsius, in which each tube is substantially hollow, and each layer of graphene forms an outer surface of the respective tube. USE - Three-dimensional printing apparatus for printed wiring board using diamond forming pre-ceramic polymer. ADVANTAGE - By printing an object using carbon nanotube powder may result in an object that is tougher than one printed using detonation nanodiamond. By depositing layers of different ceramic powers allows the printing of an object with desirable properties. The circuit board is printed without the use of a ceramic powder which allows heating of circuit board to be accomplished using a slow temperature ramp to prevent damage to circuit board.
