NOVELTY - A graphene-based foldable electrothermal film device comprises a heating element, a protective film and two intercepting fluids, where the protective film is located on upper and lower sides of the heating element, the two intercepting fluids respectively are connected to both ends of the heating element, the intercepting fluid is a metal electrode, the heating element is a graphene film, the graphene film is prepared by preparing graphene oxide, filtering into a film, placing the graphene oxide film attached to the suction filter substrate in a closed container, selecting metal nanoparticles from titanium, tungsten, iron, magnesium, molybdenum and sputtered metal nanoparticles, subjecting the graphene film sputtered with the metal nanoparticles to chlorination treatment at 800-1200 degrees C, dispersing metal nanoparticles in the form of chloride and treating the chlorinated graphene film at 2000 degrees C to obtain an interlayer crosslinked graphene film. USE - Graphene-based foldable electrothermal film device. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based foldable electrothermal film device has improved electrical performance after folding of 5000 times. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-based foldable electrothermal film device comprises a heating element, a protective film and two intercepting fluids, where the protective film is located on upper and lower sides of the heating element, the two intercepting fluids respectively are connected to both ends of the heating element, the intercepting fluid is a metal electrode, the heating element is a graphene film, the graphene film is prepared by preparing graphene oxide, filtering into a film, placing the graphene oxide film attached to the suction filter substrate in a closed container, fumigating from the bottom upwards at 80-100 degrees C for 0.1-1 hour, uniformly coating melted solid transfer agent on the surface of the reduced graphene oxide film, separating film and the substrate under cooling at room temperature, subjecting the reduced graphene oxide film to heat treatment, sublimating or volatilizing solid transfer agent, heating reduced graphene oxide film at 300 degrees C, rasing temperature at 2000 degrees C for 6-12 hours to remove most of the atomic defects inside the graphene, spraying a layer of metal nanoparticles on the surface of the graphene film by magnetron sputtering, selecting metal nanoparticles from the group consisting of titanium, tungsten, iron, magnesium, molybdenum, and sputtered metal nanoparticles, subjecting the graphene film sputtered with the metal nanoparticles to chlorination treatment at 800-1200 degrees C, dispersing metal nanoparticles in the form of chloride and treating the chlorinated graphene film at 2000 degrees C to obtain an interlayer crosslinked graphene film.
