NOVELTY - Preparing eco-friendly moisture-proof solid wood board, involves (a) taking formaldehyde, stirring for 10-15 minutes, adjusting the pH value to 7.5-8 by using sodium hydroxide, adding 1/3 amounts of urea and modified melamine at 35-40℃, heating to 90-95℃, and carrying out heat preservation reaction for 50-60 minutes, adjusting the pH value of a formic acid solution to 4.8-5.2, adding acylated tannin, reacting for 15-20 minutes, adding sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH value to 7.5-8, adding 1/3 amount of urea, reacting for 30-40 minutes at 80-85℃, adding 1/3 amount of urea, reacting for 30-40 minutes at 70-75℃, adjusting the pH value to 7.5-8, and cooling to 30-40℃ to obtain modified urea-formaldehyde resin, (b) mixing the modified urea-formaldehyde resin and the carboxylated graphene, homogenizing and stirring for 20-30 minutes, ultrasonically stirring for 5-10 min, adding ammonium chloride, and uniformly stirring to obtain an adhesive. USE - Method for preparing eco-friendly moisture-proof solid wood board. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare eco-friendly moisture-proof solid wood board with excellent flame retardant property, waterproof property, moisture proof performance, low formaldehyde release amount, high gluing strength, and good practicability, and reduces the influence of hydrophilic hydroxyl introduced by tannin, and improves the compatibility between the graphene oxide and modified urea-formaldehyde resin.
