NOVELTY - Graphene flame retardant acrylonitrile butadiene styrene composition comprises 100 pts. wt. graphene, 80-100 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, 10-30 pts. wt. polyethylene methyl acrylate, 12-18 pts. wt. poly(styrene-butadiene-styrene), 10-15 pts. wt. magnesium stearate, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide, 5-9 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, 2-6 pts. wt. nano-silica, 30-50 pts. wt. pentaerythritol and 15-25 pts. wt. tetrabutylammonium bromide. USE - Used as graphene flame retardant acrylonitrile butadiene styrene composition. ADVANTAGE - The graphene flame retardant acrylonitrile butadiene styrene composition has low-cost raw materials, simple operation, and good mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of graphene flame retardant acrylonitrile butadiene styrene composition comprising (i) taking graphene, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, polyethylene methyl acrylate, poly(styrene-butadiene-styrene), magnesium stearate, dicumyl peroxide, antimony trioxide, nano-silica, pentaerythritol and tetrabutylammonium bromide as raw materials in weight ratio, (ii) stirring raw materials at 70 degrees C for 30 minutes, and stirring at speed 850 revolution/minutes, and mixing mixture, and (iii) melt-plasticizing and granulating in a twin-screw extruder, where extruding temperature is 130 degrees C, 160 degrees C, 190 degrees C, 195 degrees C, 200 degrees C, 200 degrees C, 200 degrees C, 195 degrees C, 190 degrees C for 70 revolution/minutes to obtain final product.
