▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-glass wool composite board comprises (i) reacting graphene oxide with halogenated alkyl group using phase inversion catalyst to obtain alkylated graphene, (ii) mixing the alkylated graphene, epoxy resin and curing agent to obtain composite coating, and (iii) coating the composite coating on the glass wool to obtain graphene-glass wool composite board. USE - The graphene-glass wool composite board is useful in aircraft. ADVANTAGE - The method: adopts alkylated graphene and epoxy resin, which enhances dispersibility, and wear-resistance of epoxy resin. The graphene-glass wool composite board has high abrasion resistance; and does not reduce the water resistance of epoxy resin due to doping.
